An innovative system for the collection of EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) Films & Packaging Materials, KNAPSACK is an at-source, clean collection system that provides highly effective waste recycling and separation.

Ideal for a wide range of environments, including Supermarkets, Distribution, Garden & DIY Stores, plus Warehousing & Wholesale, KNAPSACK offers considerable recycling benefits, including that of plastic with labels, and also has a higher value than cardboard.

With practically all film (LDPE shrink hoods or bags and LLDPE
stretch-wrap film) being recyclable - provided it is properly collected - KNAPSACK prevents unnecessary contamination to produce significant savings on transportation and processing costs compared to mixed waste.

KNAPSACK is a strong perforated transparent bag, made of recycled LDPE, hung in a Knapholder; a sturdy tubular steel frame, which can be easily filled. The perforations allow the contents to be compressed and they are available in a range of sizes from 200 litres to 2500 litres. Knapholders are supplied in galvanised or painted options and wheeled versions enable easy transportation to central collection points.
