Product support and backup is a key requirement in any business partnership and here at PRM Waste Systems we are proud of the dedicated support that we offer. The Sales Team and office are always happy to answer any questions that you may have and will always endeavour to find a solution to your problem. If your problem is one that cannot be solved over the phone, then our highly trained and skilled team of nationwide engineers can offer advice over the phone or attend site when requested.
We have a close relationship with all of our suppliers, which enables us to have direct factory support, giving you peace of mind that you are receiving the best possible care. As we are the UK agents for the equipment we supply this ensures that you only receive genuine parts, direct from the manufacturer, that are produced to the highest standard.
In order for any machine to keep working at its optimum efficiency we would recommend that a service contract be taken out with our company. The basic contract allows for three equally spaced visits per year at which time a complete and thorough service will be undertaken by one of our own fully trained service Engineers. A signed copy of the report sheet will be left at the completion of each service. Each maintenance visit will be invoiced once the engineer has attended site.
We provide a range of after sales support from parts to call outs and have a long standing relationship with all of our customers, which enables us to build on knowledge and provide you with the best care possible.
This is an extremely specific after sale support that is highly dependent on what machine you have purchased and would have to be discussed at the time of sale. If you have received a part from us and it was fitted by one of our engineers then we can provide warranty on that part, depending on the cause of the fault. We cannot provide warranty for any second hand or used parts.
It is impossible to guarantee 100% reliability for any equipment. To this end, PRM Waste Systems provide a breakdown service. Our nationally based engineers allow us to provide a local service. We would expect all callouts to be attended to within 24 working hours, subject to site access restrictions.
PRM Waste Systems provide all the essential parts required to keep your machine functioning. We can offer a next working day service on most of our parts. If we don’t have the part(s) you require then our suppliers can send them out to you direct ensuring as little disruption as possible.
