Imabe Briquetting Press Machinery

The Imabe briquetting press includes a new closed – box press system, which is used to compact briquettes in prismatic form. Various recycle materials, such as metal waste steel shavings, aluminum shaving for smelting and reuse, as well as plant waste such as wood chips, organic shavings, biomass for use as alternative fuels.

The IMABE metal briquetting presses are constituted by a set of two assembled structures, forming an angle of 90° constructed with sheet and rolled steel profiles calculated to be able to subject the materials to be pressed, at a specific compaction pressure of up to 1,000 kg. / cm².
