The Imabe mobile shear baler features a pre-compression box designed to reduce and contain the volume of material prior to the side ram compressing material and has the following movable parts:

• Pre-Compression Flap

• Hold Down (Stampler)
• Cutting Shear

Sturdy design and high quality are the two pillars of Imabe’s fixed shear balers, the Shear Press is constructed with high quality steel sheets and shearing chambers with anti-wear steel plates.

We offer a range of Side Ram Pre-Compression Box portable balers from 800 tonne and 1000 tonne shear force. Shears come equipped with elevated operator cabin with a full colour mimic panel or remote control so that shears can be operated from the on-site crane.

All shears come with Imabe’s high performance hydraulic systems with a low-energy consumption design & are equipped with a side feeding tray to maximise performance and reduce loading time.
